Nothing better to greet Christmas and start the New Year than be on the receiving end of this VN’s invigorating plethora of Oxford Commas. My member is engorged and tingling with excitement–oh, and when I say “member”, I mean my ophthalmic artery–at the anticipated visual pleasures of beholding the Oxford Comma inside those beautiful text boxes. No, fear not, that’s certainly a typo.
With regard to English not being your first language, we’ve observed that such people tend to catch certain things much more easily. Involved grammar is one thing, but when it comes to instances such as these, in which several native English eyes skim right over something that is objectively incorrect, foreign eyes presumably read in a certain manner that makes typos more visible. Our beta tester Tiagofvarela is a native Portuguese speaker, for instance, yet he easily caught the most errors. Your breed is valuable. 😛

Haha yeah I noticed that too. The non-native readers tend to read it a lot closer so they do catch the errors a lot more easily compared to native readers. Mostly because when native readers read, they understand the sentence as a whole so our “assumption” radar about what the sentence is saying just blocks most of the small errors that are present. Guess it’s kind of like how proficient readers you read words as a whole rather than as individual letters.

She does say “Onee-san,” actually. As we mention in our translation notes, “Unlike the word in English, it is often used as a direct address, and in some cases is used for somebody who isn’t actually one’s older sister but rather an older sister figure (a babysitter, etc.).” It’s still sort of an informal way to refer to somebody, but Hinata’s way of speaking is all cutesy. 😛

The only part one might consider “censored” is that the penises and vaginas are slightly pixelated, as is characteristic of Japanese porn. We kept this in because we respect the Japanese custom of pixelating a child’s genitalia at birth.

Thank you all so much for this translation. I am currently in the middle of Shizuru`s route and i don’t think i have ever laughed so much in a h-scene, having to check up the word “hypereremic” just to find out what the hell it is in the middle of fa**ing! All the colorful descriptions show signs of quality and mastery of which i never expected to find in eroge translation patches. Gone was the fearful suspense of having to deal with more of the hassle that is machine translations saying: “It is shut up!” instead of “Shut up!”
